Neil Singh
Business Development Manager

Neil Singh joined epay in May 2008.  His attention is devoted to new product development and maximising the business opportunities that are presented to him. In addition, Neil holds the responsibility for the effective management of key accounts within the independent channel, and leads epay New Zealand's new business acquisition strategy.  Prior to joining epay, Neil worked with Procter & Gamble as Client Services Manager, and his experience also includes National Account Management and Supply Chain Management within the FMCG Industry. Neil holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Auckland in Electrical Engineering.

Digby Burges
Marketing/Supplier Manager


Digby was appointed as Marketing/Supplier Manager in April 2010, after working for the past 16 months as the Marketing Coordinator for epay Australia and New Zealand in the epay Sydney office. Digby completed a Commerce Degree Majoring in Marketing in his home town of Perth before moving to Sydney. Digby will be responsible for all facets of epay marketing including in-store promotions, the quarterly epay world magazine and all point of sale. Prior to his appointment to New Zealand, Digby was responsible for rolling out the new epay brand across Australia and New Zealand.

 

 

Mel Simons
Key Account Manager

Mel Simons joined the epay team as Key Account Manager in March 2006.  In this time Mel has managed a diverse portfolio of epay NZ’s Blue Chip Accounts, but has found her niche in the management of the Oil Channel. Mel comes from a substantial Key Account Management background, having worked in the Telco sector and more recently in the Private Health sector. Her previous roles include working for US based insurer Aetna Health and New Zealand’s largest heath insurer, Southern Cross Healthcare. Mel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Auckland in Art History and European languages.

 

Shannon Morgan
Key Account Manager

Shannon Morgan joined epay in November 2008, and has come on board as the Key Account Manager for our corporate accounts – Grocery, Electrical, Mobile, and Stationary.  Shannon’s background is varied, having spent nine years with a leading global finance company, she then branched out into packaging, FMCG and recruitment.  Sales has been Shannon’s passion for the past six years, where she has been in roles ranging from Account and Sales Management, to Business Development and end-to-end Recruitment. She loves seeing the sales grow through building strong, solid relationships with her clients. 

 

Halford Pye
Independent Channel Manager

Hal has recently joined epay New Zealand as Independent Channel Manager. Managing the distrobution of epay products and acquisition and retention of customers in the SME space. Hal has signifiacnt experience in the New Zealand EFTPOS market and previosuly was employed at Provenco for 5 years in the Direct Sales Channel. Hal has transferred his Card present and Card not present payments knowledge into the prepaid market, adding value to epay customers. 

 

 

 

Greg Wadley
Operations Manager

Greg Wadley joined epay as Operations Manager in 2006. Prior to working for epay, Greg was State Operations Manager for Decipha – an Information Logistics company that digitizes, controls and manages mail and documentation for large business' and government organisations. Greg's previous experience has included seven years as a Biomedical Engineering Technician for the Health Department of Western Australia, Regional Operations Manager for a privately owned Biomedical Engineering Company in Sydney, and 11 years service in the Australian Department of Defence (Army) where he accrued his professional training. 

 

 

 

Michele Maas
Financial Controller

Michele Maas joined the epay team as Financial Controller in 2007.  Prior to epay, Michele was Audit Manager for Deloitte in San Francisco, USA.  During her two and a half year tenure there, she worked on the accounts of some of the largest multinational consumer and retail businesses in the US.  In her 8 year career Michele has accrued a wealth of international experience including six years with Deloitte in the US and South Africa. Michele is as a qualified Chartered Accountant, and Professional Accountant (in the US).
